malvolio + the classical theatre of harlem

malvolio ended a few days ago, but the experience lives on in my heart. it was a beautiful show, with a beautiful cast, under a beautiful harlem-night sky. doing that show in that space was magical in so many ways. not only was it free to everyone, but people of all ages, shapes, sizes, colors and creeds could see themselves reflected in the piece. i miss it dearly. here’s to more laughter, more joy, and more love.
